With respect to any project upon which the GHPOA development control committee might seek input by the Board of Directors of Diamond Pointe, the Board of Directors will generally review any proposed changes for architectural appropriateness and consistency with the quality of the neighborhood, as well as seek to ensure that such changes have been reviewed by the homeowner with their immediate neighbors and such neighbors have not expressed reasonable objections. The board reserves the right to express objection to changes, if necessary, to the GHPOA development control committee.
